We are passionate about how land is passed on to new owners and how the land will be cared for.

Bluff Country Properties Real Estate was established in 2020. Although, the vision and mission started over 25 years earlier when we first realized our personal dream of land ownership being fulfilled.

Our passion for hunting, farming, conservation, outdoors, and the love of land all came together in that moment.

So, we understand the deep connection with the land. Long before Bluff Country Properties Real Estate existed, we have studied all aspects of land markets and land marketing. We studied what was working well and where the opportunities for improvements were. The Bluff Country Properties Real Estate multichannel marketing strategies were developed along the way as we studied land attributes, trends, and the most effective fortune 500 corporate marketing strategies.
